Maple Syrup Spice Bread

Recipe Ingredients

		Large 1 1/2 Lb Loaf
1/2 cup	80g / 2.8oz	Raisins
3/4 cup	177ml	Milk
1/2 tablespoon	7.5ml	Maple syrup
2 tablespoons	30ml	Butter
1		Egg
2 1/2 cups	156g / 5.5oz	Bread flour - plus
2 tablespoons	30ml	Bread flour
1/4 cup	49g / 1.7oz	Powdered sugar
1 tablespoon	15ml	Grated dried orange peel
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Nutmeg
1 teaspoon	5ml	Cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Yeast

Recipe Instructions

Add all ingredients according to manufacturer's directions. You may add raisins after the beep if you machine allows it.

This recipe yields 1 loaf.
