Banana Nut Bread

Recipe Ingredients

		Medium 1 1/2 Lb Loaf
1/2 cup	118ml	Water
2 cups	474ml	Ripe bananas (medium)
4 teaspoons	20ml	Butter
3 1/2 cups	218g / 7.7oz	Bread flour
2 tablespoons	30ml	Brown sugar - (packed)
1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt
3 tablespoons	45ml	Dry milk
1/2 cup	73g / 2.6oz	Chopped nuts
2 teaspoons	10ml	Yeast

Recipe Instructions

Place all ingredients in your machine in the order specified by your machine's manufacturer. Select the basic or white cycle and press start.
