Bread Machine Challah

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 cup	177ml	Milk
2		Eggs
3 tablespoons	45ml	Butter or margarine
3 cups	187g / 6.6oz	Bread flour
1/4 cup	49g / 1.7oz	White sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Salt
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Active dry yeast

Recipe Instructions

Add ingredients to the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the machine's manufacturer. Select Basic Bread and Light Crust settings. Start.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
