Butter Honey Wheat Bread Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 237ml | Water |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter or margarine |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Honey |
| 2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Bread flour |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Whole-wheat flour |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Powdered milk |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1 | Active dry yeast - (1/4 oz) |
Put ingredients into bread machine in the order suggested by the machine's manufacturer. Process for large (1 1/2 pound) loaf, wheat setting.
This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
