Butter Honey Wheat Bread

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup	237ml	Water
2 tablespoons	30ml	Butter or margarine
2 tablespoons	30ml	Honey
2 cups	125g / 4.4oz	Bread flour
1/2 cup	31g / 1.1oz	Whole-wheat flour
1/3 cup	78ml	Powdered milk
1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt
1		Active dry yeast - (1/4 oz)

Recipe Instructions

Put ingredients into bread machine in the order suggested by the machine's manufacturer. Process for large (1 1/2 pound) loaf, wheat setting.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
