English Rum Bread

Recipe Ingredients

		Medium 1 1/2 Lb Loaf
3/4 cup	177ml	Water
1 1/2 tablespoons	22ml	Light rum
3 tablespoons	45ml	Butter
1/2 cup	99g / 3.5oz	Sugar
1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt
3 cups	187g / 6.6oz	Bread flour
2 1/2 teaspoons	12ml	Bread machine yeast

Recipe Instructions

Place all ingredients in your machine in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Select the Sweet or Basic/White cycle and press start.

This recipe yields 1 loaf.
