| 6 tablespoons | 90ml | Honey |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Milk - plus |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Milk |
| 3 1/2 tablespoons | 52ml | Butter |
| 3 1/4 cups | 203g / 7.2oz | Bread flour |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground cloves |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground cinnamon |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Ground coriander |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Yeast |
Place all ingredients in your machine in the order specified by your machine's manufacturer. Select the basic or white cycle and press start.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
