Honey Nut Oatmeal Sourdough Bread Recipe - Cooking Index
| Medium 1 1/2 Lb Loaf | ||
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Healthy active sourdough starter | 
| 3/8 cup | 88ml | Water | 
| 1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Walnut oil | 
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Honey | 
| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Salt | 
| 2/3 cup | 41g / 1.4oz | Quick-cooking oats | 
| 3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Bread flour | 
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Active dry yeast | 
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped walnuts | 
Place all ingredients (except walnuts) in your machine in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Select the French or Basic/White cycle and press start. During the last 10 minutes drop in the walnuts. If your machine has an add-in beep add them at that time.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
