| Medium 1 1/2 Lb Loaf | ||
| 1 cup | 237ml | Water - plus |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Water |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oil |
| 1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Honey |
| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Salt |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Caraway seed |
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Rye flour |
| 1 3/4 cups | 109g / 3.8oz | Bread flour |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Vital wheat gluten |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Dry milk |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Bread machine yeast |
Place all ingredients in your machine in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Select the Basic/White cycle and press start.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
