For best results use pure canned coconut cream.

| 1 1/8 cups | 266ml | Water | 
| 1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Butter | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Canned cream of coconut | 
| 3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Bread flour | 
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt | 
| 1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Coconut flakes | 
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Pecans | 
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Walnuts | 
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Active dry yeast | 
Place all ingredients in your machine in the order specified by your machine's manufacturer. Select the basic or white cycle and press start.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
