Honey Pancakes Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 237ml | 2% milk |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vegetable oil |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Flour |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Baking soda |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vanilla |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Honey |
Sour milk by adding vinegar; let stand for 5 minutes.
Combine oil, sugar and beaten egg in a bowl. Add the soured milk, flour, baking soda, vanilla and salt. Mix until just combined; the batter will be lumpy.
Cook on preheated oiled griddle, over medium heat until done. Serve with warmed honey.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
