Shrimp Destin

Recipe Ingredients

2 lbs 908g / 32ozUnpeeled large fresh shrimp
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozChopped green onions
2 teaspoons 10mlMinced garlic
1 cup 198g / 7ozButter or margarine - melted
1 tablespoon 15mlDry white wine
1 teaspoon 5mlLemon juice
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlSalt
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlCoarsely-ground black pepper
1 teaspoon 5mlDried dillweed
1 teaspoon 5mlChopped fresh parsley
2   French bread rolls - split lengthwise,
  And toasted

Recipe Instructions

Peel and devein shrimp. Cook green onions and garlic in butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until tender. Add shrimp, wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; cook over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally. Stir in dillweed and parsley. Spoon shrimp mixture evenly over toasted rolls. Serve immediately.
