Apple Maple Jam Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 | Finely chopped apples - (abt 6 lbs) | |
| 6 cups | 1188g / 41oz | Sugar |
| 1 cup | 328g / 11oz | Maple syrup |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cinnamon |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Allspice |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Nutmeg |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cloves |
Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pot. Bring slowly to a boil. Cook rapidly to jellying point. As mixture thickens, stir frequently to prevent sticking.
Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4-inch head space. Adjust caps. Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
