Red Lobster's Remoulade Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 474ml | Mayonnaise |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Dijon mustard |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sweet paprika |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cayenne pepper |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Apple cider vinegar |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Minced green onions |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Tobasco sauce |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped fresh parsley |
| 1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Minced celery |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Ketchup |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced garlic |
Mix together by hand, you want to keep it chunky. This can be made ahead of time and stored in a non-metal container.
This recipe yields enough sauce for 4 servings (about 4 cups).
