Claim Jumper's Crunchy Spinach Salad

Recipe Ingredients

6 oz	170g	Cleaned spinach leaves
3 oz	85g	Pecan brittle
1 1/2 oz	42g	Fried angel hair pasta
1 1/2 oz	42g	Fried wonton strips
1 oz	28g	Feta cheese
1 oz	28g	Diced red onion
1 oz	28g	Crispy bacon bits
2		Toasted sesame seeds
1/4 oz	7.1g	Crispy shallot and green onion
6		Roma tomato wedges
4 oz	113g	Citrus dressing

Recipe Instructions

Place all ingredients with the exception of the Roma tomatoes in a mixing bowl and toss with the dressing.

Place the salad in the serving bowls and garnish with the Roma tomatoes.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
