| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - chopped (large) |
| 4 | Jalapeño peppers - chopped | |
| 4 lbs | 1816g / 64oz | Chicken wings |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Vinegar-based barbecue sauce |
Rinse chicken wings in cold water. Place ingredients in crock in order listed, pouring barbecue sauce over all. Cover and cook on:
= 1 (Low) for 7 to 8 hours.
= Auto Shift™ 4 to 5 hours.
= 2 (High) 3 hours.
