| 2 | Tuna - (9 1/4 oz ea) | |
| 2 | Crab meat - (6 1/2 oz ea) - remove cartilage | |
| 1 | Pimiento - (7 1/2 oz) drained, diced | |
| 1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Chopped parsley |
| 3 cups | 480g / 16oz | Instant rice - uncooked |
| 2 | Condensed cream of mushroom soup | |
| 3 cups | 711ml | Water |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Dry white wine |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped onion |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dill weed |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Paprika |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tabasco sauce |
Place first six ingredients in removable liner. Combine soup with next six ingredients. Pour in removable liner and mix well. Place liner in base. Cover and cook on LOW 3 to 4 hours.
