3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Beef roast - (to 4 lbs) |
3 | Potatoes - sliced thin | |
1 | Onion - chopped (small) | |
2 | Carrots - sliced thin | |
1 | Celery stalk - sliced thin | |
1 | Campbells French onion soup | |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Layer vegetables in bottom of crockpot.
Place roast on top of vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour soup over all. Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours.
