Bourbon And Beef Roast

Recipe Ingredients

4		Potatoes - quartered
2		Carrots - cut 3" pieces
2		Celery stalks - cut 1" pieces
4 lbs	1816g / 64oz	Rolled roast - (to 5 lbs)
1		Bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Basil
4 oz	113g	Bourbon
1/4 cup	59ml	Water

Recipe Instructions

Put all in crockpot in the order listed. Cover and cook on LOW 10 to 12 hours.
