| 1 | Salmon - (16 oz) - drained, with | |

| 1 | Sliced mushrooms - (4 oz) - drained | |
| 1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Bread crumbs |
| 2 | Eggs - beaten | |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Grated American cheese |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dry minced onion |
Flake fish, add all remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into greased crockpot and shape into rounded loaf. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour then LOW 3 to 5 hours.
