| 16 oz | 454g | Stewed tomatoes |
| 8 oz | 227g | Tomato sauce |
| 28 oz | 795g | Canned tomatoes - drained |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Red wine |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sugar |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Dried oregano |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Dried basil |
| 2 | Bay leaves | |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Italian seasoning |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chili powder |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Minced garlic |
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Turkey breast - cooked |
| 1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Turkey Italian sausage - cooked |
| 2 | Onions - sliced | |
| 1 | Bell pepper - sliced | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt - (optional) |
Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on LOW for approximately 24 hours.
