Crockpot Cantonese Dinner

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozPork steak, 1/2" thick - cut into strips
2 tablespoons 30mlOil
1 tablespoon 15mlOnion - sliced (large)
1 tablespoon 15mlGreen pepper - cut into strips (small)
1   Mushroom - (4 oz) - drained
1   Tomato sauce - (8 oz)
3 tablespoons 45mlBrown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons 22mlVinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlSalt
2 teaspoons 10mlWorcestershire sauce

Recipe Instructions

Brown pork in oil in skillet. Drain on double paper towel. Place pork strips and all remaining ingredients into crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours (HIGH 4 hours).

Serve over hot fluffy rice.
