Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 237mlShredded red cabbage
1 cup 237mlShredded green cabbage
1/2 cup 55g / 1.9ozShredded carrots
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozDiced Granny Smith apples
2 tablespoons 30mlRaisins
2 tablespoons 30mlApple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons 45mlUnsweetened apple juice concentrate
1/2 cup 118mlLow-fat mayonnaise
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

In a large salad bowl, combine the first five ingredients.

Whisk together in a small bowl the remaining ingredients. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
