Cheddar Cheese Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 oz | 56g | Sharp Cheddar cheese - grated | 
| 8 oz | 227g | Plain low-fat yogurt | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced fresh parsley | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt | 
Combine all ingredients; chill in a covered container at least 2 hours before serving.
