Herbed Avocado Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Avocado - peeled, pitted, | |

| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Plain yogurt |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Low fat buttermilk |
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Coarsely-chopped washed and |
| Stemmed watercress | ||
| 1/4 cup | 23g / 0.8oz | Minced parsley |
| 2 | Scallions minced | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Minced fresh dill |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients at high speed for 1 minute. Pour into a container and refrigerate until needed. Keeps in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
This recipe yields 16 servings. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.
