1   Beets - (16 oz) - julienned, with
  Their juice reserved
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlCaraway seeds
1 teaspoon 5mlRed (mild) or white (strong) horseradish
2 tablespoons 30mlWhite vinegar
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSugar

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients, mix lightly, cover, and chill for 2 hours. Drain off the liquid before serving.
