1 cup 146g / 5.1ozLow-fat (1%) cottage cheese
1 can  Mandarin oranges in juice - (11 oz) - drained
1 can  Pineapple tidbits in juice - (8 oz) - drained
1 tablespoon 15mlFat-free French dressing
2   Lettuce leaves

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon onto lettuce leaves.
