1/2 cup | 118ml | Low-fat mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Evaporated skim milk |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chili sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Diced green pepper |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Minced scallions |
Romaine lettuce leaves - for serving |
Combine all ingredients, except lettuce. Set crabmeat on top of romaine lettuce leaves and serve.
