Salmon With Dill-Mustard Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
Although salmon is a moderately oily fish, it is prepared here with no added fat. Therefore, the percentage of calories from fat is under 30%.

| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh dill |
| Dill sprigs - (optional) |
Combine lemon juice and lime juice in glass baking dish. Rinse salmon; pat dry. Place salmon in juices; marinate 10 minutes, turning once. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and 1 tablespoon dill in small bowl.
Preheat broiler. Spray rack of broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Remove salmon from juices; pat dry. Place on rack. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until salmon flakes in center.
Serve salmon with sauce. Garnish with dill sprigs, if desired.
