1 | Great northern beans - (15 oz) - rinsed, drained | |
1 | Black beans - (15 oz) - rinsed, drained | |
Red and green pepper rings - for garnish |
Saute onions and garlic in oil until crisp-tender in medium skillet; remove from heat and cool until warm. Stir vinegar, peppers, parsley, Equal, salt, and pepper into onions.
Pour onion mixture over combined beans in a bowl; mix well. Garnish with pepper rings.
This recipe yields 8 servings. Serving size: 1/8 recipe.
