| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Prepared Dijon mustard |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh lemon juice |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Olive oil |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced parsley |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced basil |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced thyme leaves |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced dill |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced tarragon |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Nutmeg |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Serve with crackers or pita bread.
