Orange-Honey Butter Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 237ml | Orange juice |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Honey |
| 1 | Unsalted cold butter | |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground white pepper - if desired |
Reduce orange juice in a small sauce pan to the consistency thick syrup. In the container of a food processor, combine remaining ingredients, blend and chill until ready to serve.
