Rum-Lime Punch Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 cup | 164g / 5.8oz | Simple syrup |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Dark rum |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Fresh lime juice |
| 5 tablespoons | 75ml | Grenadine |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Bitters |
| 1 | Ground nutmeg | |
| Ice cubes - as needed | ||
| Lime slices - for garnish |
For the simple syrup, ombine equal amounts of sugar and water, bring to a boil and cook until sugar is dissolved. Cool.
Mix all punch ingredients together. Serve over ice, garnish with lime slice.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
