Recipe Ingredients

1 cup	237ml	Ketchup
1/4 cup	59ml	Horseradish
2 tablespoons	30ml	Honey
2 tablespoons	30ml	Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons	30ml	Maple syrup
1 teaspoon	5ml	Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons	30ml	Ancho chile powder
		Salt - to taste
		Freshly-ground white pepper - to taste

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
