| 2 | Ground-round meat substitute - (12 oz ea) | |
| = (such as Lightlife Gimme Lean Beef) | ||
| 1 | Onion - (to large) - diced or chopped (medium) | |
| 2 | Garlic cloves - crushed | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Ketchup |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Prepared brown mustard |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Mix all ingredients together. Spread in lightly oiled 9- by 5- by 4-inch loaf pan. Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven until done, about 45 minutes. Serve hot with your favorite gravy.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
