Recipe Ingredients

2   Bags spring mix or baby lettuce mix
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozShredded red cabbage
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozShredded carrots
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozChopped green onions
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozChopped mangos
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozDiced pineapple
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozDiced plums or pears
1 cup 237mlWild berries
  = (or blackberries or boysenberries)

Recipe Instructions

Divide spring mix salad on six plates. Place all other ingredients around salad and on top of salad. Dress with your favorite vinaigrette.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
