2 | Bags spring mix or baby lettuce mix | |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Shredded red cabbage |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Shredded carrots |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped green onions |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Chopped mangos |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Diced pineapple |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Diced plums or pears |
1 cup | 237ml | Wild berries |
= (or blackberries or boysenberries) |
Divide spring mix salad on six plates. Place all other ingredients around salad and on top of salad. Dress with your favorite vinaigrette.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
