Crab-Spinach Souffle Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Frozen chopped spinach - thawed | |
| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Small curd cottage cheese |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Soy flour |
| 6 | Eggs | |
| 5 tablespoons | 75ml | Butter - diced |
| 1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Sharp cheddar cheese |
| 12 oz | 340g | Crabmeat |
Beat eggs. Add all ingredients and mix together. Bake in a greased 9- by 13-inch pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
This recipe yields 4 servings; 4 carb grams per serving.
