Blue Cheese Mayonnaise

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 237mlMayonnaise
1 cup 237mlSour cream
3/4 cup 109g / 3.8ozCoarsely-crumbled blue cheese
1 tablespoon 15mlCider vinegar
1 tablespoon 15mlFresh lemon juice
2   Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon 15mlGrated onion
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlFinely-minced garlic
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped flat-leaf parsley
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Fold the mayonnaise and sour cream together in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and fold in gently. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to use. The sauce will keep for about a week.

This recipe yields about 2 cups.

Per tablespoon: 80 calories, 1g carbohydrate, 1g protein, 8g fat, 10mg cholesterol.
