Creole Marinated Grilled Red Snapper Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 | Onions - sliced | |
| 4 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tomato paste |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Hot pepper sauce |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Fresh chopped thyme |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Chili powder |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
| 1 | Cleaned red snapper |
Combine the onions and garlic. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour 1/2 marinade over fish with onions and garlic. Let fish marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Grill fish on both sides for about 7 minutes. Warm remaining marinade and serve over cooked fish.
