Grilled Seppioline Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Baby cuttlefish - cleaned |
| 2 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Olive oil |
| 1/3 | Dry white wine | |
| 1 | Onion - minced (large) | |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced parsley |
Mix cuttlefish, garlic, olive oil, white wine and onion in a bowl. Marinate for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Grill cuttlefish and serve with parsley.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
