The Lady's Warm Potato Salad

Recipe Ingredients

8 cups 1896mlRed potatoes (medium)
1/4 cup 10g / 0.4ozChopped fresh parsley leaves
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozChopped green onion tops
1 cup 110g / 3.9ozChopped celery
3   Hard boiled eggs - chopped
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozChopped bell pepper
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozDiced pimento
1 teaspoon 5mlLemon-pepper seasoning
2 tablespoons 30mlSeasoning salt
  = (Jane's Krazy mixed up salt recommended)
1 tablespoon 15mlDijon mustard
1/4 cup 59mlMayonnaise
1 cup 237mlSour cream

Recipe Instructions

In a large pot, boil the potatoes with the skins on for 10 to 15 minutes until tender. Let the potatoes cool just to the touch and cut into cubes.

In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Add the potatoes and mix gently.

Serve at room temperature.

This recipe yields 10 servings.
