Mixed Baby Greens Salad With Mandarin Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Bag mixed baby greens - (10 oz) | |
| 1 | Mandarin oranges - drained | |
| 1/4 | English or European seedless cucumber - thinly sliced | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Rice wine or white vinegar |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Vegetable oil |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Toasted sesame oil |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sesame seeds - for garnish |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Combine greens, oranges and cucumber in a salad bowl.
In a small bowl, combine vinegar and sugar. Whisk in vegetable oil and sesame oil.
Pour dressing over salad. Add sesame seeds, salt and pepper and toss.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
