| 2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | S tomatoes - skins (large) |
| Salt and pepper - to taste | ||
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Tomato paste |
| 1 | Chopped parsley | |
| 1 | Pepperoni - chopped | |
| Olive oil | ||
| Removed and chopped |
Sauteegarlic and peppers in a small amount of olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 45 minutes. Serve over warm pasta. Enjoy, Sheryl
