Chips And Veggies With Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 lb 340g / 11ozFeta cheese - crumbled
1/2 cup 118mlSun dried tomatoes in oil - drained, and
  Coarsely chopped
1   Garlic clove - minced
  = (or 1/2 tspn granulated garlic)
1 teaspoon 5mlDried thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlDried oregano leaves
3/4 cup 177mlMilk
1 teaspoon 5mlFreshly-ground black pepper
1   Bag chips
  = (Onion and Garlic Yukon Gold Chips,
  Terra Brand recommended; or other
  Mediterranean flavored gourmet chip)
1 lb 454g / 16ozBaby-cut carrots
1   Green bell pepper - cut in strips
4   Celery stalks - cut into sticks

Recipe Instructions

Combine cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, herbs, milk, black pepper in food processor and process until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl. Serve with chips and veggies.
