Red Pepper Syrup Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 cups | 711ml | Red pepper juice |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Port wine |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Arrowroot |
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Reduce down to 3/4 of a cup. Thicken with the arrowroot.
This recipe yields 3/4 cup syrup.
