1/2 lb 227g / 8ozMixed greens
1 cup 237mlArtichoke hearts
6   Tomato wedges
3   Hard-boiled eggs - halved
1/2 cup 118mlBlack olives
1   Tuna packed in water - (6 oz)
  Vinaigrette
3 tablespoons 45mlWhite wine vinegar
2 teaspoons 10mlDijon mustard
1 teaspoon 5mlMinced garlic - smashed with
  Salt until paste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste
9 tablespoons 135mlExtra-virgin olive oil

Recipe Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together white wine, Dijon, garlic, and pepper. Drizzle in olive oil while whisking constantly. Arrange salad decoratively on a platter. Drizzle with the dressing.
