Fresh Corn Casserole Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Fresh yellow corn cut from the cob |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Flour |
| 1/2 | Butter or margarine - melted | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic salt |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped parsley |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
| 2 | Eggs - beaten | |
| 1 | Small jar pimentos - (2 oz) - chopped |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, mix the corn kernels with the flour. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 1 hour.
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
