2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh orange juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh lemon juice |
4 cups | 440g / 15oz | Mixed greens |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Extra-virgin olive oil |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Chop the dates. Stir together dates and citrus juices in a large bowl. Toss with greens, oil, and salt and pepper.
