Barbequed Pork Tenderloin Recipe - Cooking Index

| 3 oz | 85g | Olive oil |
| 3 oz | 85g | Rathbun Family Rub - (see below) |
| Rathbun Family Barbeque Rub | ||
| 2 oz | 56g | Granulated garlic |
| 2 oz | 56g | Granulated onion |
| 1 oz | 28g | Cayenne pepper |
| 1/2 oz | 14g | White pepper |
| 1 oz | 28g | Black pepper |
| 4 oz | 113g | Salt |
| 4 oz | 113g | Paprika |
| 3 oz | 85g | Brown sugar |
Rub tenderloins with oil and season with Rathbun Family Barbeque Rub. Let marinate for about 1 hour. Grill until desired temperature is reached, medium-rare is best (145 to 150 degrees.)
For Rathburn Family Barbecue rub: Mix ingredients together and store in dry container.
This recipe yields 8 servings.
