Green Rice Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 cups | 948ml | Chicken broth | 
| 2 cups | 320g / 11oz | Uncooked rice | 
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped fresh parsley | 
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped green onions with tops | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter or margarine | 
Combine broth and rice in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; stir. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer without stirring, 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. (Do not remove lid during cooking.)
Remove saucepan from heat; stir in parsley, onions and butter. Cover; keep warm until ready to serve.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
