Cider Mulled Punch Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 | Eating apples - peeled, cored, (small) | |
| And chopped | ||
| 6 | Whole cloves | |
| 1 | Cinnamon stick - (4" long) | |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Ground ginger |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Water |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Orange - juiced (small) |
| 1 | Hudson Valley Farmhouse Cider |
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Remove cloves and cinnamon stick and serve warm.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
